The package name in the notice is the name of the _source_ RPM.
Vim-enhanced and vim-minimal are both built from the same source
package. Would you want redundant notices for all binary
packages built from the same updated src.rpm?

You could query the %{SOURCERPM} tag of the installed packages,
strip the version info and compare the source names.
