I am quite sure there is always lack of people native to the languages which are less known to majority of developers (to say it mildly). I would think that contacting both reporter and assignee of the central indic languages bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=126002 could be quite useful.
