Hum.. In this case it is possible, but you have to upgrade three main packages,
and graphviz:

anjuta-2.2.0-12.fc6.lcg.x86_64.rpm
anjuta-docs-2.2.0-12.fc6.lcg.x86_64.rpm
anjuta-devel-2.2.0-12.fc6.lcg.x86_64.rpm
gnome-build-0.1.4-2.fc6.lcg.x86_64.rpm
gnome-build-devel-0.1.4-2.fc6.lcg.x86_64.rpm
anjuta-gdl-0.7.6-5.fc6.lcg.x86_64.rpm
anjuta-gdl-devel-0.7.6-5.fc6.lcg.x86_64.rpm
graphviz-2.12-10.fc6.at.x86_64.rpm

They're working for me. If you want to try them out, they're here:

Only FC6 x86_64 at the moment, but I should builtd them for FC6 soon.
