Please try start your replies at the beginning of a line, rather than
after an angle bracket.  You might even need to skip a line to make sure
your mailer doesn't stick a bracket in by itself.  

If you look at the above, it looks like Ed Greshko wrote the line
starting "Hi Gang...", not you.
