Thanks Guys. But unfortunately, it still gives me:

rpm2cpio: error while loading shared libraries: libelf.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
cpio: premature end of archive

Sorry elfutils-libelf there instead like this:

rpm2cpio elfutils-libelf-0.127-1.fc7.i386.rpm | cpio -i
