Relax you can fix it.  Try this for starters

cd /
wget
http://mirror.hiwaay.net/pub/fedora/linux/releases/7/Fedora/i386/os/Fedora/elfutils-libelf-0.127-1.fc7.i386.rpm
rpm2cpio elfutils-0.127-1.fc7.i386.rpm | cpio -i
