A custom query tool would be very nice. Also I note that there are currently 36098 machines listed with kernel 2.6.21-1.3194.fc7, and only 259 listed with 2.6.21-1.3228.fc7. This would imply that a lot of people allowed the system to send their profile during F7 install, but few have re-sent their profile after updating to the newer kernel. It would be really nice if more people kept their profiles up to date - but then as you say you are dependent on people doing checkins and deleting stale profiles and this cannot easily be automated without infringing privacy. Anyway good luck with smolt - it is a useful facility even if there are more refinements to be developed in time. Mike
