Re: grub and partition

Well, gotta say that was the least painful install I've ever done, and
I've done FC1 to FC6. The live cd combined with anaconda is a massive
improvement. Again, though, I'd like to see Fedora use, or give the
option of, the portage system as opposed to yum.

Also, when I installed windows, of course, the internet doesn't work.
stupid windows.

Near as I can figure, win2k doesn't have the driver for the NIC. Seems
absurd, but as ipconfig/all doesn't show anything, that seems to be the
case. So, I'm going to download various drivers, and service pack 4,
from the internet with Fedora onto the Windows partition so that Windows
can get on the internet.

This is a twist on downloading the Asus WL-330g driver, which is windows
only, so that Fedora can get on the internet.

Anyhow, I need to mount the windows partition and edit fstab a bit. I'm
hesitant to muck with it very much because I might want to totally change
the install, or even go with another distro, but...

This is really just to work on getting the Samsung ML-2510 printer
working (hoping that upgrading will help).
