I was trying to print /usr/share/ghostscript/7.07/lib/align.ps and came across an interesting wrinkle. I use ggv, and when I use "Print Selected Pages" I have had no problem. But there is no way to select a single page when only one page comprises the document. "Print Document" does not work for me with that file. I get the raw PostScript. Directly using lpr gives me the same result: it's treated like an ordinary text file. I use an HP DeskJet 870 Cse with hpijs and CUPS. Does anyone have a suggestion?
