That's not how is behaves here on FC6.  Down-arrow and up-arrow move
through the links.  Right-arrow follows the current link.  Left-arrow
returns to the page linked from, scrolled as when linked from.

Now that the (default) colors are not illegible I'll probably use it in
preference to info.
