The unexpected crashes of Thunderbird seem to be associated with the
Lightning addon remove the addon and the crashes stop. Lightening has
more problems with Fedora than just crashing the application - it also
will not allow new appointments etc to be added, same problem as FC6 had
with it, but atleast I now know what caused Thunderbird to crash.
The bugzilla fix for RSS feeds does not work for me. The fix was to
move several files to another directory -the files were already in the
recommended directory.
