Nope, from my point of view.
As I said in a previus email, it's worthless to keep an eye on all the traffic 
from the employees to the Internet.
It's much better to set up some filters such as proxys or firewall rules, bye 
bye to the conflictive traffic, like p2p, IM...
The same with the proxy and websites

Much more practical, IMHO
