I also seen this bug during F7 development, where anaconda was looking in the 
wrong place on the mirrors? 
I managed to get a trace of what anaconda was fetching from the network using 
etherreal but this was from a previously installed system. you should be able 
to see what url anaconda is trying to fetch by hitting ctrl-alt F3 during 
install and file a bug against anaconda with the info. details of my bug are
