failed reboot of F7 due to tclhttpd?

i installed an almost "everything"
from the dvd, and moved some directories
over to my ~ . they got their user field
changed to "tclhppd". i corrected some
of these, and rebooted.

the boot process gave a lot of permission
denied errors, and stopped at haldaemon.

tried again with setenforce 0, which
went part way thru the boot process,
then umounted the filesystems & halted
the computer.

i re-installed without tclhttpd, and
haven't had the problem again.

i would have filed a bug, but i haven't
tried to reproduce it, (i got tired of
installing) so i thought i'd post here.
