If you want F7 that badly now is a good time to learn. Thanks, Kam. Is it complicated to do a network install? Is there some place where from one can obtain the instructions for doing a network installation? Paul
It's not that difficult. You need to first locate a F7 mirror and the /fedora/releases/7/Fedora/i386/os directory. Put in either the F7 Rescue CD or DVD and enter "linux askmethod" on the after the system boots. Depending on the URL of the mirror select either HTTP or FTP and enter the data requested on the screen. Here's a write up using FC-6 is still applies to F7: http://www.linuxtopia.org/online_books/installation_guides/redhat_fedora_core_6_installation_guide/sn-install-tcpip-config.html
