It is telling you that you are missing the microcode -- the same
microcode you'll need to hunt down to run ndiswrapper.

Simplest thing to do is "yum install bcm43xx-fwcutter" and follow the
instructions at /usr/share/doc/bcm43xx-fwcutter-006/* .
