Ric It is still running. The box hosting the .torrent file got swamped last night, but the tracker and my seed were running on a different box (at work). I think you can join the appropiate torrent and it will save most if not all of the work you have downloaded. Do a copy, just in case. I know I have joined torrents with complete downloads to help out. I think I also joined with partial downloads obtained from mirrors that I killed because they were running too slow, but its been a while, so i am not 100% sure about that. I am going to leave the seed and tracker running for a while (though I might get the rate cut if I am using too much of our bandwidth) to give people a chance to finish up what they have started. I will be removing the .torrent file though, as people should be using the official torrents now.
