Hi all, I learned in another thread about setting up a framebuffer to be like rhgb. It turns out rhgb is an X application. So now I am trying to use `intelfb'. My video card is intel 855GME. ,----[ /etc/modprobe.conf ] | options intelfb mode=1024x768-32@60 `---- ,----[ /etc/sysconfig/mkinitrd ] | MODULES="intelfb" `---- With the above setting, however, the virtual console is still using the smallest resolution 640x480. Although I can use 'vga=xxx', I want to use intelfb as it is designed for 855GME. 'dmesg' output is attached.
