You don't write "help" to the mailing list, but to the *thing* that
manages the list for it, in this case you'd write to
<fedora-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx> (the "-request" address for this list).

Alternatively, writing to <fedora-list-owner@xxxxxxxxxx> should put you
in touch with a *person* that manages this list.
