This is a slow old machine 400mz, 128meg ram, but it runs fc5.
Any suggestions?

On my machine with 2 gig of ram, an upgrade took almost 7 hours. A
clean install a few weeks later took less than 4 hours complete.
My point is that an upgrade takes much longer than a clean install.
