something changes the context of /var/lib/rpm/__db.00* causing the setroubleshootd dead

hi,

Recently, I often find that the context of "/var/lib/rpm/__db.00*" be
changed from "
user_u:object_r:rpm_var_lib_t:s0" to "user_u:object_r:var_lib_t:s0" by
some unknown process. This causes the "setroublshootd" dead when a AVC
occuring. But I cannot find out what process it is.

Any ideas?
