Somehow you're mixing-n-matching fedora-update pkgs with kde-redhat ones. kde-redhat (and future F7 kde packaging) use kde-settings (formerly named kde-config). So, either 1. (re)enable the kde-redhat repo or 2. rpm -e --nodeps kde-config; yum update -- Rex
