fluendo codecs not working fedora core 6.

Hi,
I seem to be having troubles getting the various fluendo codecs working with 
fc6.

The $HOME/.gstreamer-0.10/plugins/libgstflump3dec.so file exists, but 
running "gst-inspect flump3dec" gives:

"No such element or plugin 'flump3dec'"
