I don't know why this was removed, but

video4linux-kmdl-2.6.19-1.2288.2.4.fc5-20061107-77.fc5.at.i686.rpm

You should also mention this to the ivtv list, as it might be better
if ivtv would always keep its helper modules around and build them if
if finds them missing in the kernel.
