You don't say which make/model it is. Probably looking it up on Google.

There's a couple of URL's here for cameras that use the ov511, and PCiA
chipsets.

/sbin/lsusb may give you some info as well.

my camera is not there, but did find this

which shows the intel cs330 (my camera)

I can't seem to find an rpm for the spca501 (or 50x) drivers though.

gphoto2 *may* pull it in, but that's installed already.
