Odd problems with rkhunter, yumex and pup (Solved)

I just ran into some problems with rkhunter, yumex and pup. I
basically tracked it down to a process such as lsof hanging (in
the case of rkhunter). What it ended up being was that an nfs
mount had hung (the box that the nfs mount connected to was
shutdown). I restarted the nfs box, remounted and umounted the
nfs share and all was working well again! :-) I killed the
hung processes, went into /var/lib/rpm and remove the __db*
files to get yumex working and removed the
/var/lock/subsys/rkhunter to get rkhunter working. I was
starting to get very nervous for a while. :-)
