No, my documentation explains this.

NFS vers 3 and 4 are completely different, particularly on the
server's export side. The fsid=0 option establishes the initial
pseudofilesystem, without that all NFS4 exports will fail.

You can not use NFS3 default options for NFS4 and expect it to work.
