what do folks prefer as a graphical front-end for debugging C

from the standard repos.

BTW, I'm getting cgdb (text mode gdb front-end) reviewed for -extras
inclusion.
While it's not ddd, it's stable (unlike DDD...), -much- faster and uses
a VI-like interface.
I used to like UPS, but it doesn't seem to be maintained anymore since
about 2003. Does anyone know if it can still be made to run with the
latest gcc/g++, and if so, how?
