Stupid question.
Do you have DRI group/mode configuration in your xorg.conf?
Section "DRI"
Group 0
Mode 0666
EndSection
Yep, ans selinux is disabled, and the /dev/dri/card0 (is that it, I
can't remember?) have accessible perms.
i915.ko & drm.ko are loaded, as is the X i810 driver (according to the
verbose output).
I do have the feeling this was working OK (same xorg.conf file) under
FC5.
Have you tried to backup the previous configuration and generate a new
config file with s-c-display?
I do not think that it would fix your problem since there was another
user who had Bus ID problems. The link to his problem is below.

New conclusion: It appears the bug is associated with the
CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL
flag in the stock 2.6.18 kernel.
Details: I rebuilt the vanilla 2.6.18 kernel two ways:
1) With FC6 .config file (which sets EXPERIMENTAL=y) - this manifests
the bug
2) With FC6 .config file, (BUT setting EXPERIMENTAL undefined) - no bug!
So, its an upstream bug. Could somebody please suggest what the correct
next
step is?
