Yum shows selinux-policy-strict 2.4.6-1.fc6 in updates.  What happens if
you do "yum update selinux-policy-strict"?

And, just in case, does "rpm --verifydb" output anything?  (It's a weak
test, but if it complains and there is no complaint about Packages, "rpm
--rebuilddb" should fix the RPM database.)
