This depends on whether one is using the Samsung-supplied drivers or the
Fedora-supplied ones. You may well find the Fedora ones work better.

What avc messages are you seeing on these drivers? execmod? These
probably can be easily fixed from a policy point of view. Have you
reported thee problems to Samsung?
