Hi, I still no luck. I tried Matthew Saltzman's "going back" steps (copied below) and still my wireless card is not detected, even after rebooting. I have the firmware installed. Here is what I have done: [root@localhost ~]# uname -r 2.6.18-1.2849.fc6 [root@localhost ~]# [root@localhost ~]# rpm -Uvh --replacepkgs --oldpackage kernel-2.6.18-1.2849.fc6.i686.rpm Preparing... ########################################### [100%] 1:kernel ########################################### [100%] [root@localhost ~]# dmesg | grep ipw [root@localhost ~]# dmesg | grep ipw* [root@localhost ~]# I am getting discouraged. I don't understand what I am doing wrong, and so I am quite confused.
