Well, (sigh), even with noapic and apci=off, the computer just crashed again.
How do I start a diskdump capture of these? and, is there a windows XP program that could capture netdumps?
I've never done a diskdump or network dump before, so I am not sure how to set that up to try and capture what is going on here.
By the way, I am checking things like hard drive temp and cpu temp, voltages, etc. everything is in range.
Smartctl shows no errors on hard drive, etc.

Try enabling hyperthreading in the bios and or with hyperthreading
disbled in the bios boot with "apci=off" as a kernel parameter.
