It's on the first Fedora 6 CD.
I probably got it from my local repository,
<http://ftp.heanet.ie/pub/fedora/linux/core/6/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/>.

I think the only essential step is that /etc/fedora-release should say
"Fedora Core release 6 (Zod)",
although I see the rpm also contains GPG keys.
