You have an old (FC5) version of vcdimager installed. Most likely
the other problems are also caused by old packages. Remove them
with "yum remove vcdimager kdelibs-devel mplayer mencoder",
update your system, then re-install the packages from FC6 repos.
That may in-fact be the OPs problem. However, it's not mine. I have
exactly the same issue with a FC6 clean install.
