There is a mismatch between i686 and i586, which looks like a known
bug of anaconda:

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Bugs/FC6Common

Fix it with installing the i686 kernel (replacing the wrong i586 one):

rpm -Uvh --replacefiles --replacepkgs kernel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm
