My approach in such situations is to make a new file the new way, with at
least one of each thing I need, and then to compare it to the old file and
update the old file accordingly, hopefully mostly with some "replace all"
commands.  Sometimes the man pages or other docs help, once I have the two
files to compare; sometimes googling helps.
