Hi,

Found that need to install kenel-xen-devel so the nvidia kernel modulecan be build and loaded. Now when I start X I get a blak screen and acomplain that the GLX extension cannot be loaded, but it looks like I'mloading the correct one from nvidia. Any ideas?

I have a nVidia GEForce MX 440 card but never bothered with OpenGLapplications before. But I just installed FC6 and heard all rumorsabout compiz, so I decided to give it a try.
I understand I need the nVidia proprietary drivers for compiz to workwith my card, so I installed the package from Freshrpms.net. But itlooks like the kernel refuses to load the drivers. At least I say amessage saying so during boot and could not start X. I had toreconfigure X to use the Xorg open source driver (nv) instead of theproprietary one (nvidia) but I could not find in any log that message.
I read the docs from nVidia web site but had no success. What could bepreventing the driver to load? Maybe SELinux?
