When you say "survey" I had in mind a "multiple choice" query form - with perhaps a space at the end for "Any further comments". Such a form could presumably be read automatically, so the recipient would just know, say, that 30% of users had some problem installing Fedora. What exactly is wrong with asking, or getting, feedback?
