In the past, on this list, some similar complaints were due to sample rate
problems.  Search the list archives.

Cheap way to Google:

    sample rate fedora-list

"Right" way:

    sample rate site:www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-list

Note that I'm not sure what exactly to search for.  Possible 48000 would be
good.
