hi frank! i looked in the /etc/exports file. i've made a number of changes trying to resolve this issue. /college 192.168.1.*(ro) i've tried (ro), (rw,ro), (ro,rw), etc... on my client, i've done a umount/mount after each change. i've also stopped/restarted the nfs before/after each change to the exports file. on the client, when i try to edit a file, i still get that it's a readonly file... any thoughts...
