Edit /etc/fstab and include the fileserver in that.

Example:

fileserver:/nas/NASDisk-00002/files  /mnt/fileserver  nfs  defaults     0 0

The /etc/exports file on your fileserver needs to have (rw) specified instead
of (ro).
