java and KDE (konqueror)

Hi,

I have java installed on my FC5 box (kpackage, 1.5.0_06-b05) and the plugin is 
working fine in firefox, but does not in konqueror. Even though in control 
centre I have all the correct paths included the plugin is never found.

I know this used to work and I suspect it broke going to KDE 3.5.3 - Does 
anyone else have this problem or know what needs to be done to get things 
going again in konqueror ?
