Xen's "vmxloader"

Ok, gang, I'm stumped. I cannot find the Xen "vmxloader" package
anywhere. I'm trying to run a "pure" copy of W2003 server as a guest OS
on an FC5 Opteron-based machine to test a concept and as I understand
it, I need vmxloader to do it. I have all the prerequisites (dev86,
vnc, the lot). Yes, I've grabbed the 3.0.2-3 source RPM and built it
all. No dice.

I've gone over Xensource's source code and all. The only thing I can
find is vmxassist, which is described in the documentation as one of the
"payloads" that vmxloader will use, but vmxassist is supposedly not a
bootable loader.

So, am I misreading things? Did vmxloader get killed? If it's been
superceeded, has Xen told anyone? Does anyone know where vmxloader
is? Please help...my brain is starting to bleed.
