Unless you've removed it, it's listed as "volume control" in the "sound & video" menu section of the "applications" menu. You can also run it from the command line: gnome-volume-control NB: Some of the other gnome-volume-* things are to do with disc volumes, not audio. -- (Currently running FC4, occasionally trying FC5.)
