I don't know.  I found the fetchmail man file a bit of a chore, too. 

Since *my* fetchmail handles mail from several servers, I was hoping to
figure out a way to make it poll each of them at different times, but I
couldn't figure it out.  This was just a simple way of getting
everyone's fetchmail started up.
