Can you please be more specific. What site are you trying to download from, what file, what version of FF are you using, how are you trying to download (right click and save as, or click on the file, or as your subject suggests are you clicking on Tool and then Downloads)? Your question is much too broad right now. Were you able to download before, with an older version or other OS perhaps?
