Yes, and yes - Rex Dieter, the maintainer of kde-redhat has also
been named a member of the Fedora Project Board.
KDE should flourish with developers from this project working together.
I rarely use KDE but recall removing Fedora KDE and installing from
ked-redhat was common among a lot of KDE users.
