Presume you've created the array in the BIOS? Have you tried setting thehard drives to AHCI mode?

The "fake-raid" support did improve throughout the FC5 t1/t2/t3 seriesto the point that I could install on it (intel D945GTP with ICH7R) withFC5 release version, but the first kernel update then seemed to breakit, presumably it's fixed again in recent kernels?
