Try http://dag.wieers.com/packages/clamav/ be sure to download the ones for FC3....
Extras has ClamAV. Can FC3 use Extras binaries? If not, it's easy enough to rebuild from the SRPM. That's what I do for my FC2 box. (There's a Fedora Wiki article on how to rebuild SRPM's.)
